The Festival Legend really is an astonishing boat. It is our subsequent most loved transport out of our eleven TOUR FEEDS we have taken with Festival. We cruised on this boat in January 2009 from Tampa Florida. We picked the Western Caribbean journey of Stupendous Cayman,Cozumel Mexico, and Isla Roatan Honduras.
The improvement of the boat is awesome and the boat was incredibly perfect and new looking. Our room was the very same way. We had an overhang room, which we love this kind of voyage lodge.
The food was better than average contrasted with other Amusement park ships we have traveled on. We split time in the proper lounge areas and the easygoing. We picked the early feasting choice. The proper lounge area was better than expected and the help as expected was remarkable. The smorgasbord for lunch was great also, a lot of decisions with some better than others. Love the warm liquid chocolate cake for desert. I prescribe going to the conventional lounge area for breakfast. It is much faster and there are additional choices from the menu, in addition to you getting looked out for with no remaining in line.
Our most memorable stop was in Terrific Cayman. It was our fourth time on the island and we chose to blindly go for it. We met a neighborhood driver who took us to the town of Misery and the turtle safe-haven for $30.00. The little town of Misery was fascinating, however following 30 minutes or so there you have seen everything. Make certain to send somebody a postcard from that point at the nearby mail center. The turtle ranch was extremely fascinating as you could pick ocean turtles up an and play with them.
Our next stop was in Cozumel Mexico. This is one of our number one ports and our third time at this destination. We got a $10 taxi ride to Chankanaab Public Park. It just required around ten minutes. This astounding park offers everything. They have probably the best swimming we have found notwithstanding a nature trail through a wilderness which has Mayan Remnants and monstrous Iguanas. They similarly have astounding authentic Mexican food. The restrooms were very flawless and plentiful. Access to the recreation area was $19 per grown-up and $10 for kids.
Next up was a stop at Belize. You must be offered in as there is no dock for the boat. We booked the Goff’s Caye Swimming visit on board the boat for $75 an individual. It was definitely worth the cash. You can swim off of the boat that carries you to the island or from the confidential football field size island. This spot was wonderful albeit the restrooms are somewhat unpleasant. I found lots of Conch shells here and saw some astounding fish.
Our last stop was at Roatan Honduras. We took the Gumbalimba Park Zip Lines and Tabyana ocean side break visit. The zip lines and ocean side are absolutely astounding. Lamentably this journey seems, by all accounts, to be difficult to reach by and by through Festival, notwithstanding, assuming you get the open door go look at the sea shores in Honduras since they are astonishing.
